Welcome to myind. By accessing or using our website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Description of Service

myind provides a daily mind OS including habit tracking, study tools, quizzes (including CA/CS exam prep and video-based learning), progress dashboards, and leaderboards. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

3. Account and Eligibility

You may need to register or join a waitlist to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law
Share content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes others' rights
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other accounts, or data
Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it
Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by myind or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a licence to use, store, and display that content as needed to provide and improve the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. STUDY AND QUIZ CONTENT (INCLUDING AI-GENERATED MATERIAL) IS FOR EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL, OR EXAM ADVICE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYIND AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (INR 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myind and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
